The Joinme Mongolia team has established Joinme.mn, the largest digital platform in Mongolia’s tourism sector. As a socially responsible organization, Joinme.mn supports local travel businesses by reducing their market entry costs and integrating payment solutions. Currently, the platform assists over 150 partners in selling their products through a variety of payment options. Additionally, Joinme Mongolia has created the biggest database of travel education content in the country and is dedicated to developing high-quality resources to enhance travel knowledge and education. The team is proud to be the only platform currently offering five types of digital travel loans, further expanding accessibility to travel experiences.

Tsomorlig Erdenechuluun

Tsomo is an expert in the tourism industry with a distinguished career that began as a lecturer in eco-tourism management at the National University of Mongolia. During this time, she also worked as a tour guide, gaining practical experience and exploring all parts of her homeland. Later, she founded a technology-based startup and successfully created the leading digital platform Joinme.mn. Most recently, she was elected as a Board member of the Mongolian Tourism Organization, demonstrating her comprehensive knowledge and expertise in both the academic and practical aspects of the industry.

Tsatsalmaa Erdenechuluun

Tsatsaa is a seasoned tour manager within the tourism sector, specializing in Western, Northern and Central Mongolia tours. Beginning her career as a tour guide in her native Bayan-Ulgii, she has honed her expertise over the years. Fluent in English, Tuvan, and Kazakh languages, Tsatsaa ensures seamless communication for travelers from various backgrounds. In her role, Tsatsaa oversees all logistical aspects essential for comprehensive entertainment-focused trips. Her responsibilities include crafting detailed itineraries, arranging accommodations, and liaising with partners to guarantee a memorable, cozy adventure and safety experience.

Urangoo Enkhtaivan

Urangoo obtained her bachelor's degree in Hotel and tourism management from Mongolia International University in 2022. In the past years she has worked in Shangri-La Hotel in Ulaanbaatar, Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in TX, United States. A young correspondence manager with full of energy currently working as a part of Joinme.

CORRESPONDENCE MANAGER

Eegii is the Operations Manager at our Ulaanbaatar office. She joined Joinmemongolia in 2019 after graduating from the University of Humanities with a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management. Fluent in English, Eegii has extensive experience in the outbound travel field. Travel is a particular passion for her, and she has journeyed extensively throughout Asia. Outside of the office, Eegii enjoys reading and practicing yoga.

Moggie is our multi-talented travel expert, managing international relations across several countries. With 15 years of travel experience, her passion began as a child exploring Mongolia’s remote provinces, where her ancestors are from. Those early trips sparked her love for nature and adventure, leading her to study biotechnology in South Korea, where she earned scholarships from the Rotary Club and her department. While still a student, Moggie worked as a tour guide, deepening her knowledge of Mongolia’s history and diverse culture. This fueled her desire to explore the world, and she has since become a skilled tour leader for over 10 countries. Passionate about science, history, spirituality, and cultural connections, she enjoys yoga, swimming, and meditation in her free time. Moggie has been with us since the beginning, handling international partnerships and leading tours with enthusiasm. She’s fluent in English and always eager to guide our guests.

Thank you so so much for this amazing and unforgettable trip! There are so many things you have to consider in such a tour and I'm amazed how well and smooth everything was organized;) But I'm especially thankful for our guide Tsatsaa on this tour. It's so difficult to make everybody feel seen, in the wide age range and different needs, in a group of 20 people! And I, as the only foreigner in the group, who unfortunately doesn't speak a word mongolian felt never ever left out ! Thank you for taking time and sharing your knowledge about the natural miracles in Altai Tavan Bogd, and the Mongolian culture. Not only I made unforgettable experiences on this tour, in addition I've learned so much about Mongolia! And, I couldn't have ever climbed the Malchin peak without Tsatsaas kind and gentle Support and Motivation. She made sure to not leave anybody behind (even me as the last one;)), and when my time came to almost give up, she went veeeery slowly with me, that even I climb the peak in the end:)!
